We implement a three-stage quality inspection system: incoming raw material inspection, in-process production inspection, and pre-shipment finished product inspection. Each batch undergoes salt spray testing, cycle testing, and dimensional accuracy checks. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) is available upon request.

Our shower hinges are tested to 50,000+ open/close cycles. Surface finishes are tested to 48H+ salt spray (ASTM B117). Load tests are conducted at 1.5× rated capacity. Test reports are available for review.

For bulk orders, we use sea freight (FCL/LCL) to major ports worldwide. For samples and small orders, we use air express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT). We can also arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service to select destinations.

Yes. Installation guides are available on our Resources & Guides page. Each product also comes with a printed installation manual in the package. We can provide CAD installation diagrams upon request.

We provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Warranty claims are handled case by case with photo/video evidence. Replacement parts are shipped with your next order or separately for urgent cases.
