Do you provide OEM and ODM manufacturing services?
Yes. We offer both OEM and ODM services for shower door hardware. Whether you have complete product drawings or just an initial concept, our engineering team can support you from design optimization to mass production.
What materials can you manufacture?
We manufacture shower door hardware using premium materials such as solid brass, stainless steel, zinc alloy, and aluminum. Material recommendations are available based on your project requirements and application.
Can I request samples before mass production?
Absolutely. We provide rapid prototyping and sample production to verify product quality, dimensions, finishes, and functionality before full-scale manufacturing begins.
How do you ensure product quality?
Every product passes material, in-process and final inspection in our own facility for consistent performance.
What are your typical MOQ and lead time?
MOQ depends on the product: standard items usually start from 100-500 pieces, while custom or special-finish runs typically require 500-1,000+. Lead time is about 3-5 days for samples and 15-30 days for mass production after sample approval — varying with order volume, finish and customization. Share your spec and we'll confirm an exact quote and schedule.
