OEM is about producing your finished design. ODM is about creating that design with you. If you have a market idea but no engineering drawings — or you want to differentiate your line without building a factory — Zimmor’s ODM service takes a sketch, a reference photo or a performance requirement and turns it into a certified, manufacturable product. We have done this for bathroom brands across 136 countries since 1999.

Why Brands Choose Zimmor for ODM
Developing hardware is where most cost is won or lost. Because we run our own CNC, finishing and QC, the people who design the part are the people who make it — so DFM advice is real, not theoretical.
- •
In-house engineering team since 1999
- •
Own mold and tooling capability (no outsourced guesswork)
- •
Fast sample loop keeps your time-to-market short
- •
Full material range so the design is never limited by supply

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you develop a product from just my sketch or photo?
Yes. Many ODM projects start from a hand sketch, a competitor reference or a performance brief. We return a dimensioned 3D model and a physical sample for you to validate.
Who owns the tooling and intellectual property?
You do. Under NDA, molds and design files developed for your project are your property. We do not reuse client-specific tooling for other customers.
Is there a development fee?
It depends on scope. Simple modifications may be folded into the first order; full new-tool projects are quoted separately. Ask for a transparent breakdown when you brief us.
